Giyani Mashoba (Pty) Ltd carries out all its activities and complies with Electrical Installation Regulation of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 (OHSACT 85, 1993). Following are some of our company important compliance key points to ensure reasonably safe practice are followed:.
Accredited personnel
testing of new installations and other safety features of the electrical equipment is carried out by the accredited person as stated in the Regulation 14.
Installation electrician
Every project is carried out by the electrician registered and verified by the inspection authority in terms of Regulation 14.
Certificate of compliance
Commissioning of new installations is only guaranteed after the Isuue of the compliance certificate with a serial number by the Electrical Safety Board for
Installations (SABS 0142)
