Timelines and Agreed milestones

The management of Giyani Mashoba (PTY) LTD always ensures that the project timelines and agreed milestones are adhered to and where there is evidence detrimental to the completion of certain project, corrective measures shall have to be taken instantaneously and the customer always put abreast of the remedial actions.
To achieve this objective, a fully equppied operations office is established for all the projects, preferably within the vicinity of client's core installation areas. It will be manned by the Project Manager and Team Leaders. Should there be a need to put in night shift, a night shift relief team is used so that the workers can find time to rest for the next day. A relief Shift Controllers report to the Project Manager who will be working from efficiently from Monday to Friday. Due to nature of operations, the Projects Manager is always available as a "Stand-by" beyond normal working hours and on weekends if the need arises. The Projects Manager always ensures that all installations are carried out in a safe, expeditious and frugal manner.

Giyani Mashoba (Pty) Ltd is commited to te ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT of the residents of South Africa especially the previously disadvantaged communities from the surrounding rural areas. Unless suitable qualified candidates cannot be sourced locally, first preference shall always be given to employ LOCAL RESIDENTS especially the youth. The learnership projects will be conducted with local residents to create employment opportunities for the youth. As discussed above, there shall be opportunities for developing young local entrepreneurs involved in non-core business activities with Giyani Mashoba (Pty) Ltd.
